Egg Fried Rice Recipe

Ingredients
- 3 eggs

- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1/2 green onion
- 1/4 carrot

Instructions
- Prepare the instant rice: Remove the cover of the instant rice and microwave it for 2 minutes to warm it up.
- Make the fried eggs: Heat a generous amount of oil (about 3 tablespoons) in a pan, and fry 2 eggs. The key is to fry them until crispy, almost like you’re frying them in oil. Make sure the yolk is fully cooked.
- Prepare the ingredients: Finely chop the carrot and green onion. Also, chop the fried eggs into small pieces.
- Make scrambled eggs: In a heated pan, scramble the remaining egg by stirring it continuously until cooked through.
- Make the fried rice: Once the scrambled eggs are done, add the warmed rice to the pan. Stir and fry the rice and eggs together until well combined. This will release a nutty aroma, and the texture of the rice will improve as the moisture evaporates.
